When the swimmers worked out in the morning, we were usually all alone and so no one started or bothered us. The whole team was there and so no one really cared. But every once in a while, we would have to work out when some of the FB players were there. Not only did they reek and emit huge amounts of testosterone, they would of course watch us. This wouldn't be so bad, but we did a lot of body weight/balance skills. Here is where it got a bit uncomfortable with the 'watching'. One of the exercises we had to do was, with your hands on the floor in front of you and your legs on a balance ball, bring your feet as close to you as you could, into a pike position, thus shoving your ass about 3 feet into the air, and then flattening back out. That is why I don't hit the weight room anymore, and for me that is hard to do since I love lifting and always have.
